Who we are
Storeeze is run by Renaldo De Souza in the United Kingdom. He is the data controller for any personal information collected through this website.

What this website collects
This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. There is no sign-up form, so we don’t collect your details just because you visit.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, such as how many people view each page and which website sent them. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn’t track you across other websites. We only see totals, not who you are.
Booking a research call
We use Calendly to book research calls. Nothing from Calendly loads until you click a booking button or link. Calendly then sets its own cookies and shows its own cookie banner.
When you book, you give Calendly your name, email address and any answers to the booking questions. We use these only to arrange and hold the call. Calendly may process data outside the UK. See Calendly’s privacy policy for how it protects your information.
The call
We hold calls on Google Meet, so Google’s privacy policy also applies. We don’t record calls; Renaldo takes written notes.
We use what you share only to research and improve Storeeze. We won’t sell your information or add you to a mailing list. We won’t publish anything that identifies you or your company without asking you first.
Why we can use your information
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in researching and developing Storeeze, and taking the steps you asked for when you booked a call.
How long we keep it
We delete booking details and call notes 12 months after the research ends.
The footer links to our LinkedIn page. It’s a plain link, so nothing from LinkedIn loads here. Once you’re on LinkedIn, LinkedIn’s privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- stop or limit how we use it
- send it to you or someone else in a reusable format
Email [email protected] to make a request. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
